Feeling crappy about it..

Exactly one year ago, I was in Ireland, far far away from home because of education purpose. I miss that place, the people, the culture, the weather and my friends there.

Somewhere one year ago, I had an early birthday celebration by my dearest IITSC friends. In a cinema after a movie which I can’t rememeber is what. I appreciate it a lot but I messed it up. Nevertheless, I felt very happy because of that little thought and because I know someone cared.

Now, one year later. I am in the National Service and having close to no ties with IITSC friends anymore. Would anyone still remb. my birthday? Would anyone celebrate it like last year for me after what happened last year? Hardly doubt so..

Nevertheless, I know it would still be okay because I have you.. Nevertheless, I don’t ask for much because I am contented with what I have now.

Jing Yi, come back soon ok? I miss you badly.
Dorothy, don’t miss me too much this week, sorry that I forgot to bring extra battery for my HP.

This week is my busiest week before I graduate from my Basic Section Leader Course. Live firing and master parade. Busy Busy Busy… Actually every week in NS is busy but its time well spent I guess because time in here, passes like it files!

On Saturday, I watched Harry Potter midnight movie with 16 other IITSC friends at downtown east.. It was nice but deadly because I knocked out for over 10 plus hours after I reached home.. X_X

Hope there would be more of such outing.. Hope.. so..

This week is a short week! YAYNESS TO HARI RAYA!

2 more weeks till BSLC end. Still got IPPT and SOC to clear.. Sigh… Tomorrow is my IPPT.. SCARED MUCH!!

Just had my hair cut! Kinda short but most people say my hair never change much though.. HAHA..

Not enough time….. for everything! For friends, for myself, for my mum, for her… sigh..

I wish u were in mine… Looking at what I see and how heartbroken I am..

When growing up, you will learn a lot of life lesson through hardship or through others. Some of these lesson will follow you through the whole of your life and make you to be uniquely you.

Some of the life lesson which I learnt, I will list it down below in sequence.

1.) Money is not everything but without it, you can’t do shit. I learnt it the hard way because of family issue and it hit my life hard. I was brought up to be generous but sometime, I have to be calculative because of my past.

2.) Never give up no matter what others tell you, live for yourself but sometime listen to others and not be stubborn. This sentence might be contradicting to a very large extent depending on how you see it but it makes a lot of sense to me.

3.) Treat others how you want others to treat you! This is very simple to understand bah..

4.) Be confident but not arrogant. Its a very thin line between these 2, its an art to master being confident and not being arrogant.

There’s still quite a few life lesson which I won’t list here because it might just seems like I am preaching but basically these are the life lesson which I’ve learnt so far. In the army, I am also learning some stuff which is very useful in application to our daily life such as regimentation and self discipline. It will definately mold us into better person after ORD but its still so damm long!!!
