The terrible truth
Doesn't life sucks with the truth being put to your face.
Something like... You're ugly! You're stupid! You can't get her, you won't make it..
Things like that is just life changing to a certain extent. People lie for all sort of reason, be it for good or bad, it still hurts.
Just a food for thought, what if my life was never the way you thought it was?
Day 10 – Hmm
Life had become a routine since the week started. It is school, home, dinner, relax, sleep and the loop goes on. I have nothing really exciting to write about so I am gonna write about their culture and people here.
So far, i've been here for more than a week already. Met and was introduced to about 10 over people. All of them are very friendly, they like to interact and talk about life and stuff unlike Singapore where people are always treating each other as stranger and always afraid to make conversation because their mum taught them that when they are young not to talk to stranger or they will get aducted. I am very sure your mum told u that before but the point is, people are nice here.
For example, last week when shopping for dinner ingredient, we were at the cake section choosing a cake as dessert. We were contemplating lemon cheesecake, strawberry trifle or some other cake. While we were in the midst of looking through the choices, this kind and sweet old lady, just came up to us and told us that the fruit cake is not bad. Said she tried it before and it was quite good. And she just smiled at us and left without buying anything from the cake section. We thanked her off course but we didn't buy the fruit cake. That's not the point, the point is that people here are friendly and nice.
Another example which reflect this kind and friendly attitude would be the driver here, it is totally different from Singapore. In Carlow, there's only 30k people living here, so the land is quite big and traffic light are quite rare to see let alone zebra crossing. So when crossing the road, most of the time we have to jay walk and in Singapore, if u do that, most likely u would get horned at or you just have to wait a while because in Singapore, traffic light is everywhere and sooner or later, cars will stop.
Here, as long as you look like you want to cross the road, the car would automatically slow down and stop for you to cross the road. No honking, no middle finger, just a friendly hand sign for u to cross and you just return a thank you hand sign back. We tried that about 10 over times and it is always the same.
The culture difference makes me wonder, is Singaporean really selfish or are the people here just too friendly? Hmmm.. Something to ponder about.
Time for bed! I will dedicate tmr post for food which we cooked over the week and pictures of it 
A Blink
All it take is a blink of an eye for your life to be over... Time, oh precious time..
What I need the most now is, yes, you guessed it. TIME! 
I haven't been updating my blog much, I haven't been doing much. WHY? I don't know... Time just seems to fly
Happening
So much happening during the past week!
On Wednesday
First there was the lovely dinner with that lovely friend (Verena) whom I missed dearly
On Thursday
Then there's the food outing with Meimei, Nic soon, Shaymane, Jolene, Sky, Ivan and Levon! We went to Marche and it's been really long since I went to marche after they closed down both their outlet at hereen and suntec. The food was alright but for the price I actually expected more quality.
After marche, we went to swensen and I had yogurt mixed with lychee and... KIWI! 
Ok, the real thing "looked" disgusting but the picture came out alright i guess... :\
On Friday
Widean Steamboat outing! Well, it's a mix outing actually with main comm and other people from other empire but hey! We are one big family! So, no matter who join our outing

Another MP day
So it's another day in school doing major project! I always have fun in school because of the crap we talk about and do.. Will totally miss this time after I move on

James decided to go MIA, farewell world for now, till i can find the motivation/reason again. I will temporary be less active in whatever i do except academic stuff.
The bluez
Mario went into tekong today. Went to send him off this morning, took some photo. We went to some bluez bar last week, totally awesome place to chill and listen to people playing live music. Hope we will go there chill somemore next time.
It was a mixture of sad but also happiness because i know mario will definitely grow inside army. Most of those who are closer to mario came to send him off. some teared, some laughed, mostly smiled when he leave...
It had also been sometime since i last updated my blog. I am sooo sooo sorry because i am really tied down to my school commitment and life commitment. School commitment being my IITSC club responsibility. Life commitment being all my friend who i always try to make time for, that special someone as well. I actually wonder who actually do read my blog anyway. Haha, maybe you can leave a comment?

Start of june! Weeeeee.... Usually, the start of june during secondary school period would mean "HOLIDAY!". Sad to say.. No longer am i in secondary school, so... ya, its still normal school day
Life had been quite a thrill for me, no longer would i just stay at home and face that rectangle thing to watch shows, listen to music and chat with people. Been going out, meeting friends, life is great! As least till so far. Pin Xun would be leaving for boston this saturday, i would be leaving for Ireland during end of july if my interview with Mr. Choy goes well.
Joining the main committee of IITSC also meant more work , proposal, coordination and all.
A very happy news to share, we had successfully gotten a sponsor for our IITSC domain and still awaiting the confirmation of everything before we officially get sponsored by them. They are my webhost as well, www.on.sg ORYON NETWORK.
That beautiful insanity…
Today when i woke up, i heard a very nice rythm playing on my radio. *I use a radio alarm clock fyi*
The melody was familiar but yet distant. I guess it boast started my day and gave me a push because i really need sleep these days but thanks to the freaking hot weather and the amount of work piling up, i really have no time to sleep.. Sigh..
Anyway, i somehow recongised some of the lyrics because it was displayed on my friend MSN nick recently. So i googled and found out that it was by a band with the vocalist being the finalist of canadian idol. The band name was Hedley and the song name is called Old school. Listened to it whole day in class. Currently you can say i am addicted to the song.
I actually should be studying my MGPG class test for tomorrow but here i am blogging.. Hmm.. Weird..
